At Clay Brook Healthcare, we firmly believe that domiciliary care (care at home) offers a realistic opportunity to many people who need care provided for them in the comfort of their home.
All care workers are trained on how to relate to you, to treat you with dignity, be courteous and friendly and to respect your needs and wants. If you have specific cultural, religious or other personal requirements we will respect and honour these.
We offer flexible home care services that are unique to everyone to accommodate individual client needs. These can range from 15 minute calls to 24 hour live in care. Our care packages range from short term care to long term care which are always designed to meet the client’s needs.
Our dedicated homecare staff are fully trained and able to provide the following;
- Support with Hospital Discharge
- Personal care
- Companionship
- Help with getting up and going to bed.
- Support with continence needs
- Medication Management – collection and administration
- Meal Preparation
- Laundry and house keeping
- Dog walking
- Support with social activities and day-to-day errands - shopping, holiday, appointments
